How does motorcycle rental work on the trips?
Motorcycle rental works in the same way as car rental. At handover, a checklist is completed and a pre-authorisation hold is placed on your credit card to cover any possible damage. On return, the bike is inspected and the hold is released, provided there is no damage to the motorcycle. Bikes are always delivered with a top case for carrying personal items such as documents, medication and rain gear.

How many people will be on the tour with me?
We work with groups of no more than 10 motorcycles, so that we can deliver a truly premium experience. In larger groups it becomes increasingly difficult to give everyone personalised attention, given that each client has their own profile, riding experience, personal preferences and so on. On top of that, the bigger the group, the more time is spent on stops for fuel, meals and the like, which can make the whole rhythm of the trip more tiring.
What standard are the hotels?
We work with superior-standard hotels: comfortable, well located, with good parking to keep the bikes secure and easy access for loading and unloading the support vehicle with clients’ luggage. Over many years of experience, we’ve built up an excellent selection of hotels in various parts of the world.
How difficult are the trips?
We take everyone’s safety seriously, and we understand that every group will include riders with different levels of experience. That’s why we prioritise paved roads — although, depending on the itinerary, a little off-road riding may be necessary. We avoid mud and sand. If you have any questions about the itinerary you’re interested in, get in touch with our team. We also always recommend taking a riding course before your first trip.
What documentation is required?
Each international destination has its own requirements. Some countries, such as Canada and the USA, require a visa. In those cases we’ll offer guidance, but obtaining the necessary personal travel documentation is the participant’s responsibility. Documentation for the motorcycles rented for the tour is arranged by our team.
Is any kind of insurance included in the trip?
Yes — travel insurance is included in all our international travel packages. It covers a range of benefits and provides assistance in case of baggage problems, medical needs and so on.
I don't have much riding experience — can I take a riding course?
Yes. We have modules for every riding level, from complete beginner to advanced. All we ask is that the participant holds a category A licence — in other words, that they know at least the basics before starting to develop their skills with us.
I have plenty of riding experience. Why do I need a riding course?
A deficient licensing system, combined with the growing amount of technology built into modern motorcycles, means there’s an ever-greater need to learn techniques that make riding safe, efficient and enjoyable, getting the most out of everything the bike has to offer. Having many years of experience doesn’t necessarily mean having the technique and skill to handle adverse situations. Who are the training instructors?
Our instructors are current or former racers from various motorcycling categories, with extensive experience in both riding and instruction.
Where does the training take place?
In the state of São Paulo, ROXMOTORS riding courses are held at Haras Tuiuti, in the town of Tuiuti, in the interior of the state. We also run riding courses in other Brazilian states, at race circuits or karting tracks in each region.
What's included in the course? And what isn't?
Our courses include breakfast, lunch (for full-day courses), hydration (water and isotonic drinks) throughout the training, an ambulance on site, qualified professionals, a track and facilities suitable for safe training, a certificate of completion, and gifts.

What are the requirements for renting a motorcycle?
- Minimum age of 25;
- Category A licence held for at least 1 year;
- Credit card with available limit for the pre-authorisation;
- Signing the Liability Waiver before the rental begins.
Is there a daily mileage limit?
There are allowances of roughly 250 km or 350 km per day, depending on your needs — that way you only pay for what you’ll actually use. Weekend packages can run from Friday to Monday (3 days) or Saturday to Monday (2 days). From the third day onwards the unit price is tiered downwards: the more days, the lower the daily rate.
Are the motorcycles insured?
Yes, all our motorcycles have full insurance coverage.
What happens if the motorcycle is damaged or stolen?
A checklist is completed before the motorcycle is collected. On return, the same procedure is repeated and, if any damage is identified, a repair quote is drawn up and the amount is deducted from the security deposit. Whether in the event of damage, theft or robbery (if the motorcycle is not recovered), the deposit amount is the maximum the client will pay out of pocket.
