Being 25 or older, holding a category A (motorcycle) licence for at least 1 year, a credit card with sufficient limit for the pre-authorization, and signing the Liability Agreement before the rental.
There are allowances of roughly 250 km or 350 km per day, depending on your needs — so you only pay for what you will actually use. Weekend packages can run from Friday to Monday (3 daily rates) or Saturday to Monday (2 daily rates). From the third daily rate onward the unit price is regressive: the more days, the lower the price per day.
Yes, all motorcycles have full insurance. Extended third-party coverage can also be added.
A check-list is carried out before the motorcycle is picked up. On return the procedure is repeated and, if any damage is identified, a repair estimate is made and the amount is deducted from the security deposit. Whether in case of damage, theft or robbery (if the motorcycle is not recovered), the deposit amount is the maximum the customer will ever pay.
To confirm the booking, 20% of the rental amount plus any contracted services must be paid, together with the requested documents. The remaining 80% is paid at pick-up, in up to 12 interest-free installments on VISA and Master cards (minimum installment of R$ 150.00). *Important: on the pick-up day a pre-authorization (security deposit) hold will be required on a credit card, in the amount stated in the price table. Keep in mind you will need credit for both the hold and the rental amount.
The pre-authorization, or security deposit, is a guarantee for the rental company. The amount is blocked on the customer’s card limit. When the motorcycle is returned in the same condition as the delivery check-list, the amount is fully released immediately. If damage is found, a repair estimate is made and deducted from the pre-authorization. If repair costs exceed the pre-authorization amount, no additional charge is made to the customer.
Yes. In addition to the motorcycle and top case or side panniers, you can also rent a helmet, pants, jacket and gloves for you and your passenger. All items are new, LS2 brand, and fully sanitized after every use. Check sizes and prices with our team.
