    ROADMAP

Reception of participants at the airport and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, we will gather for a dinner and tour briefing.

Our 10-day journey begins with a leisurely ride along the beautiful Costa del Sol road from Málaga to Tarifa. Once in Tarifa, we board the ferry for a 90-minute crossing to the mysterious Tangier, once home to shadowy merchants, spies, and smugglers. Today, Tangier is one of the most prosperous cities in the country, thanks to its strategic geographic location and its importance for commercial maritime traffic between North Africa and Europe. After lunch and a brief tour, we continue to the blue city, our destination. In the late afternoon, we will explore the medina and enjoy our first dinner in Morocco.

After a more intense day, we will have a slower start before heading to the second most famous city in Morocco, Fez. The road crosses the true “essence” of Morocco, where we will experience a glimpse of the daily life of its people. Moroccan roads are generally well paved and not heavily trafficked. Upon arrival in Fez, we will take the traditional tour through the medina and visit local leather production, among other highlights.

A day to remember! Today’s route is certainly the most diverse in terms of landscapes. Along the way, we will pass through vast palm groves stretching over a kilometer, the Ziz Gorges, and the town of Midelt, a small city known for its large fossil mines. On this special day, we begin crossing the Atlas Mountains and start to notice the road gradually surrounded by desert.

After enjoying a well-deserved rest at this very special hotel, we prepare for another day of discoveries. After learning more about the fascinating fossil craftsmanship, we will have lunch literally in the middle of the desert. It’s a great opportunity to take a camel ride in the Sahara! From there, we continue to another hotel, where we leave the motorcycles and switch to 4×4 vehicles to enjoy the late afternoon in the Sahara, with unforgettable scenery and once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities.

Time to leave the desert and head back closer to “civilization.” We will cross several towns on our way to Boumalne Dadès, where we will take a short detour along a breathtaking road to the Dades Gorges viewpoint. A stroll through the city and a great local dinner will wrap up another incredible day.

We will cross the High Atlas Mountains once again, this time via the legendary Tizi-n-Tichka Pass. We will stop at the summit to admire spectacular views. Along the way, we will visit an ancient kasbah famous for being a natural set for many Hollywood movies such as Gladiator, Cleopatra, Asterix & Obelix, Prince of Persia, among others. Several episodes of the popular TV series Game of Thrones were also filmed in this ancient kasbah. We will be able to walk through its alleys and admire its incredible architecture. On this day, we arrive in the most famous city in Morocco after an intense journey. The following day will be entirely dedicated to exploring it.

We will have the entire day to explore the best of Marrakech—and it will be intense! After breakfast, we leave the hotel for a guided city tour, undoubtedly the best way to spend a full day discovering one of the most sought-after destinations in North Africa. Our itinerary includes famous landmarks such as the historic Bahia Palace, the Menara Gardens, the spectacular Jemaa El-Fna Square, a lively Berber pharmacy, the majestic Koutoubia Mosque, and of course, the famous Medina of Marrakech. The old Medina, rich in colors, sounds, and flavors, is the perfect place for shopping and bringing home souvenirs from our exciting Moroccan journey. In the evening, we will enjoy delicious local specialties at one of the many renowned restaurants serving the best of Moroccan cuisine.

A highway day to reach Casablanca in time to make the most of it. It is a large city by Moroccan standards and home to the famous Hassan II Mosque, an impressive structure in the heart of the city with great photo opportunities and a fascinating history. The city also offers excellent seaside bars and restaurants to enjoy.

After nearly a week immersed in Moroccan culture and cuisine, it’s time to say goodbye to this welcoming country. It will be a long day returning to the ferry that will take us back to Málaga. Depending on timing and weather, we may visit the true capital, Rabat, and have lunch at a very traditional restaurant. Back in Málaga, we will say our farewells over a Mediterranean dinner, reminiscing about how affordable Morocco is…

Time to return home with memories full of unforgettable moments from this incredible country! We will arrange transfers for everyone to the airport.
