PABLO BERARDI
He is a co-founder and head instructor at Triumph TRX since 2013, having trained over 4,000 riders in safe riding techniques. He has worked as a motorcycle tour guide for more than 20 years and has explored 54 countries, almost living as a nomad throughout the year. He has also worked as a professional rider, riding instructor at other schools, editor, and test rider for Motociclismo magazine.
- 2010 Brazilian 500 Miles Champion;
- Rider of the Brazilian Supermoto Championship team in 2007;
- Represented Brazil at Master Bike in Spain in 2007, 2008, and 2010;
- Tested motorcycles and tires, and competed on circuits such as Misano, Jerez, Portimão, Albacete, among others;
- Coordinator instructor of BMW Rider Training from 2006 to 2012;
- Fully certified in on- and off-road riding by BMW in Germany;
- riding instructor for Alex Barros for 3 years. Titanium Certified (the highest level) in the Kevin Schwantz and Alexandre Barros course.
EVELYN LIMA
Partner at ROX since 2019, Evelyn has 20 years of experience in the automotive sector. She spent 16 years in the Communications department of multinational companies in the auto parts, automobile, and motorcycle manufacturing industries. Passionate about travel and adventure, she has visited almost every continent, ridden along the most incredible routes around the world, and is always on the road closely monitoring customer experiences, ensuring excellence in the delivery of training courses, tours, and events in general. With a degree in Journalism, a Post-Graduation in Public Relations, MBA in Marketing and MBA in Leadership & Innovation, she leads the Marketing and Sales teams at ROXMOTORS.
FELIPE MEDEIROS
On and off-road riding instructor at TRX since 2019, Felipe is educated and works in the IT field, yet his true passion lies with motorcycles. He has worked as a professional rider, competing in various motorcycle categories.
- Paulista Motovelocidade Champion in 2019;
- Racing Riding Instructor with a unique Personal application methodology;
- Participated in several motovelocidade events across Brazil;
- Competitor in the Yamaha Endurance Races – R3 Hours, achieving 3rd place in the Curvelo-MG event in 2022.
THALES MONTEIRO
Another born rider, Thales has been part of the team since the founding of TRX in 2013. With a degree in Tourism, he is a riding instructor and guide for both national and international trips. He has worked as a professional rider, competing in various motorcycle categories, and has served as a test rider and contributor for MotoAdventure magazine. Thales boasts dozens of motorcycle trips across various regions of the world and has conducted many riding courses, having served thousands of clients with excellent satisfaction levels.

- 2010 Pirelli Superbike Champion in the Supersport Pro 600cc category;
- 2010 Paulista Champion in the Supersport Pro 600cc category;
- 2009 Paraná State Runner-Up in the Supersport Pro 600cc category;
- 2005 Daytona Cup Runner-Up in the 955 Pro category.
ACÁCIO CARDOSO
Although he started at the motorcycle world only in 2017, Acácio quickly turned his passion into a profession. He devoted countless hours to honing his riding skills, becoming an on-road and off-road riding instructor, as well as a guide for national and international trips. His journey in the world of two wheels also includes participation in competitions, consolidating his experience and commitment to high-level riding.
Graduated in Computer Science and with an MBA in Business Intelligence, Acácio balances his passion for motorcycles with technology. Always juggling a course here and a trip there, he earned the nickname “the IT kid.” Since 2023, he has been part of the ROX team.
OTÁVIO CARRADORI
A big trail riding instructor for 8 years, he has been immersed in the world of two wheels since his childhood. He has worked as an on and off-road instructor at TRX and ROXMOTORS since 2022. Influenced by his parents, he received his first motorcycle at the age of 5 and competed for over 10 years in off-road events, earning several titles:
- Two-time Paulista Cross Country Cat Jr. Champion;
- Two-time Paulista Cross Country 450cc Champion;
- 2015 Copa EFX Brasil Enduro FIM Champion;
- Top 5 in Brazilian Enduro 2015.
MARIA CAROLINE
Maria Caroline is our customer service representative. She graduated in Environmental Management and is a certified Administration technician, with a solid 6 years of experience in the administrative field and 14 years in customer service. She has been part of the ROXMOTORS team for 4 years. She is the one who helps customers with their questions about our courses, rides, trips, and motorcycle rentals. Committed to excellence in managing customer relationships, she is always available to assist them in the best possible way and to ensure their enrollment in our experiences. If you contacted Maria and asked her to call you in one week, you can expect her to call you exactly one week later. Very organized, she never lets any customer go unattended.
LUANA FERREIRA
Professional with a degree in Graphic Design, an MBA in Marketing and Advertising, and over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Events. Throughout her career, she has worked in strategic planning, execution, and project management, always focused on creating memorable experiences and strengthening brand identity. Passionate about the industry, she possesses extensive expertise in organizing corporate events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Since 2022, she has been part of the ROX team, where she actively contributes to the planning, development, monitoring, and management of events, ensuring quality, innovation, and excellence in every delivery.
ALEX HENRIQUES
Communication Analyst for ROXMOTORS and Grupo TRX, with over 20 years of experience in Advertising and Graphic Design. Graduated in Advertising with an emphasis on Marketing, he has worked as an Art Director and Creative Director in several agencies in Campinas.
Known as the “Guy of the Little Arts,” he is responsible for the brand’s entire visual identity, from creating assets for social media, websites, travel materials, and events to writing and video editing. He also develops projects for partner clients, designing materials for events, product launches, and trade show booths.
Passionate about photography, cycling, running, and traveling, his true love lies in mountain trekking.
ALEXANDRE PRADO
Alexandre has been passionate about motorcycles since childhood. He spent 18 years managing motorcycle dealerships for various brands, being responsible for the operation of up to 16 stores simultaneously. With a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Business and Finance Management, he has been with ROX since 2019, responsible along with his team for the Administrative and Financial area.
IVAN NOLASCO
Ivan has been passionate about engines, motorcycles, and cars for as long as he can remember. He spent his childhood riding go-karts, walking machines, and mopeds. He never imagined he could work in a field related to his greatest passion until he discovered ROXMOTORS through our riding courses (ON ROAD 2), back when he was still our client. He is part of the commercial team, with a primary focus on motorcycle rentals, but he has also supported our riding courses, rides, and ROX events. HELÔ CASTRO
A professional with a degree in Tourism and 25 years of experience in the field, she stands out for her ability to create and manage unique experiences for travelers. With extensive knowledge of destinations, culture, and customer service, she is an expert in planning and coordinating trips, ensuring satisfaction and excellence. Throughout her career, she has built a solid reputation for her dedication, creativity, and strategic vision in the tourism market.
PAGANINI
Paganini is our Fleet Manager. He spent over 20 years working in the premium vehicle sales industry, but his true passion has always been two wheels. He started at age 12 competing in BMX, bought a moped at 16, and has been riding motorcycles ever since. He’s owned many bikes—mostly 2-strokes, his favorites. In 2023, he decided to fully shift his professional life to the two-wheel segment. He started at ROX in the sales department and now manages the fleet and logistics at our São Paulo – SP operational base.
JESSE
Jesse is our all-around go-to guy. His main role is as a driver, and he’s always behind the wheel—whether it’s a van, pickup, flatbed, truck, or whatever’s needed to transport our motorcycles and UTVs for customer adventures or corporate events. In his “spare time,” he’s also a mechanic, event assistant, office maintenance guy, gardener, grill master for the team, or anything else needed to keep things running smoothly around here.
