ROADMAP
Day 01 - 31/01 - Punta Arenas > Arrival day
Arrival day in the most important city in southern Chile—a bustling hub with a strong port trade and a duty-free zone perfect for some shopping. With several daily flights from Santiago, the capital, getting here is easy and convenient. On this day, we’ll provide the transfer and host a welcome dinner.
Day 02 - 01/02 - Punta Arenas > Ushuaia | 630 km
Let’s kick things off by heading to the southernmost point on the planet! Today, we’ll cross the Strait of Magellan with a short and scenic ferry ride to reach Tierra del Fuego. This long journey is marked by untouched natural landscapes, vast open fields, and scenery unlike anything we’re used to in Brazil. Expect temperatures around 10°C in this region. We’ll arrive in the late afternoon—tired but thrilled, and ready for the iconic photo at the entrance to the city! You’re in Ushuaia!
Day 03 - 02/02 - Ushuaia - Free day
After a long day on the road, we’ll enjoy a free day to explore the attractions of this charming city. We suggest starting the morning with a boat tour to see penguins and sea lions. In the afternoon, we have a range of exciting activity options for you to choose from.
Day 04 - 03/02 - Ushuaia > Puerto Natales | 769 km
Ushuaia: checked! Time to ride north! Today we’ll cross the border, take the ferry across the Strait of Magellan once again, and ride all day until we reach Puerto Natales. It’s the longest day of the trip, but the roads are in our favor (the winds… not so much). A whole new experience for us Brazilians!
Day 05 - 04/02 - Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine - Free Day
After an intense day, it’s time to relax and soak in more of this paradise. Torres del Paine is considered by top travel publications—and by anyone who’s been there—as one of the most beautiful places in the world! There are countless hiking trails, waterfalls, scenic viewpoints, and breathtaking roads perfect for riding. You’re in for a truly unforgettable evening here!
Day 06 - 05/02 - Puerto Natales > El Calafate | 213 km
Today we cross back into Argentina and head to El Calafate— the main city in southern Patagonia and home to one of the most iconic sights in the world: the Perito Moreno Glacier. We’ll visit the glacier as soon as we arrive.
Day 07 - 06/02 - El Calafate > Gobernador Gregores | 355 km
Travel day! We’ll head north and get a proper warm-up for the Carretera Austral by tackling the infamous “73 cursed kilometers” of gravel! After a long and tiring ride, we’ll rest at a hotel right along Ruta 40.
Day 08 - 07/02 - Gobernador Gregores > Chile Chico | 427 km
Another long day ahead as we cross the border back into Chile. Riding up Ruta 40 is a unique experience! With no major cities or attractions along the way, this is a day to truly enjoy the essence of Argentina’s remote interior—an unforgettable ride through one of the most iconic roads in motorcycle touring.
Day 09 - 08/02 - Chile Chico > Capelas de Mármore | 170 km
Here we go! The long-awaited Carretera Austral begins now. We’ll head toward the famous Marble Caves, and the scenery along the way is already breathtaking as we ride along the shores of Lake General Carrera—one of the largest lakes in the Americas. Its turquoise-blue water will have us stopping for photos at every turn! We’ll have lunch and take a boat tour to explore this iconic spot, then enjoy a free afternoon to relax after several intense days on the road.
Day 10 - 09/02 - Capelas de Mármore > Coyhaique | 216 km
Today is all about off-road and heading north on Ruta 7, enjoying every kilometer of this beautiful road. It’s a day filled with unique beauty and plenty of riding for the adventurers. What a day, my friends!
Day 11 - 10/02 - Coyhaique > La Junta | 278 km
Another one of those unforgettable days. This road stands out for the challenge of off-road riding (even though many sections are now paved) and the paradise-like scenery we get to experience as we ride along the Andes mountain range.
Day 12 - 11/02 - La Junta > Futaleufu | 144 km
Our last day on the Carretera will be all about fun! Futaleufú is a charming town with plenty of attractions and outdoor activities. Take the afternoon to relax a bit or try one of the world’s most famous rafting experiences—your choice!
Day 13 - 12/02 - Futaleufu > Bariloche | 358 km
Missed the asphalt? We’ll cross the border early and hit the good roads toward Bariloche, where we’ll enjoy a night in this charming and well-known city, famous for its year-round attractions!
Day 14 - 13/02 - Bariloche > Puerto Varas | 220 km
Our last day on the road! After a stop in Villa la Angostura to pick up souvenirs and chocolates for those waiting for you, we’ll head to the border with Chile and finish our journey (what a journey!) in Puerto Montt. A charming city with flights to various destinations in Argentina and Chile, making your return easy and convenient.
Day 15 - 14/02 - Puerto Varas - Home
Time to head back home! We’ll provide transfers to the airport. We’re already missing you!
